TRAFFIC COLLISION REPORTS

At this time, traffic collision reports written by the Tucson Police Department will be made available via this web site five days after the date of the reported accident. This site retains reports for one year (collisions dated prior to September 19, 2007, may be obtained for a fee of .25 cents per page. You may send a request by mail or appear at the Tucson Police Department Records Counter at 270 S. Stone Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85701 during normal business days/hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to obtain a copy.)

If you would like to obtain a copy of your traffic collision report on-line, you will need the last name of one of the drivers involved in the collision and the 10-digit TPD report number. The report number is listed in the upper right hand corner of the information exchange form, under the title of Agency Report Number, that the reporting officer has supplied. The ten-digit report number is comprised of the date and the four-digit call number assigned YYMMDD0000.

The documents are “PDF” images, and will require that you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader to retrieve the report.

Note: If your report is not yet listed and it has been over five days, please e-mail your information via this web site and we will advise when the collision is available on the web site. If you have any questions, please contact the Tucson Police Department Records Section at (520) 791-4484.

TO RETRIEVE A TRAFFIC COLLISION REPORT:

Please enter the report number and the last name of the driver or pedestrian involved in the accident and click on the SEARCH button.

Effective September 19 2007, a change in victim's rights legislation becomes law. (ARS 13-4434 - Section B.)

The new subsection B protects certain victim's personal identifying information on criminal cases. Information may be redacted based on the new statute.

As a result, collision reports dated prior to September 19, 2007 will not be available on the Tucson Police Department's web site for retrieval.

If you need a copy of a collision prior to September 19 2007, please send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
